Frequenty Asked Questions

Mileage reading disclaimer
Mileage readings are added by multiple sources on a regular basis and the Irish & UK National Mileage Database under no circumstances warrants the accuracy of any mileage record contained on its extensive mileage databases.

All mileage records are from pre-existing data sources supplied by third parties, and by its very nature, all readings should be viewed as unverified and uncorroborated. These records can only be queried at the point and date of report generation and not before.

A discrepancy has been highlighted on this report
If a discrepancy is highlighted in a report, it is simply indicative of a lack of similarity between two or more readings and so does not necessarily denote ‘clocking’.

Therefore, no immediate determinations or claims, such as clocking should be made under any circumstances until such time as the record has been investigated.
